I am not even certain that Neilson would take the job to be honest,he always comes across as being intelligent and i would be pleasantly surprised if he thought promotion could be achieved under our current regime.

GB for the reasons above I think he would, it's a challenge he could get his teeth into, biggest job he can realistically get in Scotland just now aswell, on teks their new manager poll has Neilson well ahead with Barry Robson a clear bit distant second
Been dreading the pundit getting sacked first incase they went for Neilson, just hope our "board" go for him and not offer it to mcintyre instead
That's if they don't do the unthinkable and actually drag this phuckin circus on any further
As Smedum keeps saying almost all appointments carry risk of failure but if we keep rolling the dice surely we're going to get a six at some point. Right now Robbie Neilson could part the Tay, feed the 5000, turn water into wine and maybe even get us promoted.
In his spare time he can keep the seagulls off the V&A
[QUOTE=GUNBOAT;39027069]The pundit is now safe(thank God)with that brilliant win v the Accies. He is the new Moses and will lead the Fun into the promised land(that wee ****ey piece of land next to Campy.[/
did you read my mind GB?said the same to a funster mate.....lol
If the thought process of our Chairman and current board concluded that keeping Laslo was a great idea..... I dread to think who they might think to be the ideal (cheap?) replacement?....some of the names quoted give the fear of worse to come yet.
He's the only sensible option, imo. The other names being touted give me the fear.
