One interesting take in this incident. Had Hamilton been told to give back the place to Bottas, it could be argued that he was robbed of the chance of winning. He was faster than Bottas and may have overtaken him on the track anyway.

.... and for Mercedes, a Hamilton/Bottas 1-2 is better than the other way round. It gives them team the same amount of points in the constructor's competiton AND it increses Hamilton's lead over Vettel by another 3 points. Reverse the positions and Ferrari would have done the same telling Raikkonen to let Vettel through.......
Hats off today to Robert Kubica, who's overcome incredible odds to drag himself back into a full time f1 seat next year with Wiliiams. Anyone not heard about this, check out BBC sport or similar.
