Is it always normal some teams haven't released their list yet? Half of the championship and PL haven't posted any yet, just thought it's strange when most do it first week after season ends...
I always thought that a club had to 'tell' any 'released' player at least a month before the 30th June end date. And the EFL at the same time but not necessarily make these public.
