Senegal can consider themselves more than extremely unlucky by the nature of their exit and England were simply too "Meh!" on the day to use the same route to top their group. The latter may prove to be a tactical masterstroke, although one goal losses are rarely a good long term plan. Unless, of course, you're in the PL and your set of 1-0 daily predictions all happened to point in the right directions: CalverleyBoy (EEOE) and Ralgex Rovers (EEOE) both grabbed a "well massive, innit?" twenty-one points out of the available twenty-four. Maybe a Leeds fan will win this competition after all? Or, as of now, after Alf? B)
Yeboah suffered a nil points day at the PL office, but all four of their predictions could easily have happened. Especially if the scorelines had been different.
