Lee Bowyer's wins the manager of the month award for November and then that curse sees the Add1cks defeated on the road against Blackpool. Not a good week for Charlton after they were also defeated by Doncaster in the FA Cup earlier in the week but an award Lee fully deserved nonetheless.

Jo Aribo scored for the Add1cks on 55 minutes but Blackpool's 2 goals scored by Armand Gnanduillet, lovely name, on 16 and Nathan Delfouneso on 87 minutes sealed all 3 points for the seasiders.
