scam emails...

.got what was obviously a spoof email, purportedly from dvla saying I was due a refund...contacted dvla to let them know, eventually got through...press this, press that...no option for reporting scam emails...when I got through I was informed they were very busy and wait was expected to be between 2-5 minutes...eventually a fella answered, after going through...I have emphysema etc (I always let them know so they don't think I'm heavy breating to them!)...I suggested that whilst I was waiting a pre-recorded message came on at intervals saying...we are aware you are waiting...blah, blah...and will answer as soon as an operative is available...I said to the bloke they ought to add a bit of humour...how about...we'll get to you soon, a couple of the girls are doing their nails, one's off to make a coffee...the guy laughed and said what I was suggesting wasn't far from the truth...I remarked that it was nice to hear him laugh!
