Thanks for the reply mate. In the late seventies I spent two nights in the famous/infamous Carlton Hotel in Jo-Berg. Again, had a great time, walked to a few local bars and restaurants, good meals, great weather. I think that area has gone down hill now, though but that can be said of a number of great cities.
