A hard fought gritty performance this one after the more fluid midfield display against Portsmouth on Tuesday night 12th March at the Valley.

Charlton's goals were scored by Patrick Taylor from the penalty sport on 5 and Ben Reeves heading home solidly on 33 minutes. Lucas Akins had levelled for Burton from another penalty on 18 minutes.

Josh Cullen deserves singling out for praise for his work rate and effort in midfield.
