Kyle Laffertys red card for his tackle on Shinnie stands so he gets a 2 match ban
This follows Jacks failed appeal as well
Should it be better if an appeal fails a further match ban should be added on

I'd agree with that as it would stop teams that know the player was in the wrong from using the appeal to have a player free for the next game.
