I got recommended the Staircase by someone.
Just finished it last night
America is clearly full of mongs if a jury of 12 people can unanimously agree what they agree. Not a f@cking braincell between the c@nts(it is North Carolina so the gene pool must be limited)
Great viewing though
And coincidentally the lawyer defending Mike Peterson (David Rudolf) is in Aberdeen at the Lemon Tree on the 20/1. Ill take that on I reckon
Can't recommend Gun no 6 on the bbc enough. Very well made documentary.
The Kevin MacDonald documentary on Whitney Houston is also very good.
Both depressing as **** though.
The prosecutions evidence was incredibly flimsy. There's now way it could have made up the mind of 12 people. No chance
Opening statement, the blowpoke is not there and it was used as the murder weapon. Closing statement, we never said the blowpoke was the murder weapon. It was as good as shambolic.
Fit aboot the boy jumping on the sponge?
Even if he was guilty. He in no way should have been locked up on the evidence used
The one in Germany was a cluster of f@ck ups too which made the evidence even more flimsy. They guessed the time of death without even checking for rigor mortis
I'm not saying he didn't do it as I really don't know.
I'm just saying that to go down with that evidence and for 12 people to have no doubts whatsoever with that evidence put in front of them is something I find truly astounding
Ill download that when I'm home. Cheers for the heads up
Not saying he didnt. What im saying is, theres no way someone should go down when the prosecution is as terrible as that. It was a mess. The has to be no reasonable doubt. No way 12 jurors didnt doubt any of that
Even the judge said in the second last or last episode
Watch the Bros documentary on the iPlayer
It’s amazing
