Depending in what you want them for? If it’s to recoup outstanding debts, and you have definite proof, use the small claims courts. I’ve done it several times and doesn’t cost anything. If ruled in your favour and you still aren’t paid what you are owed, the court can then escalate it to the crown court and they will send bailiffs out.Quote:

A bailiff for an eviction costs around £120. It's a while since we had to do one but you have to get a court order firstQuote:
