last game....City - 76% possession - 24 shots on goal ( 9 on target) and 2 goals - Newcastle 23% possession - 6 shots on target and 2 goals....Not much of an improvement from 4 games ago - City - 75% possession - 26 shots on goal - 4 shots on target and 2 goals - Southampron 24% possession - 3 shots on goal - 3 shots on target and 1 goal.
....they also dropped points to Norwich - have tired legs, injuries, a weak defence - are wasteful on goal....their supporters are shouting for change(to no avail) - this is an underperforming Man City....playing Burnley on a cold mid-week night at Turf Moor....so what are we worried about ?....all we need is a couple of chances on goal, Barnes/Wood to do their thing, and Our defence and goal to return to a solid norm, and a bread and butter Burnley spread - wins the day !
;D

If Barnes and Wood had done their thing on Saturday we would have won the game, however, it didn't happen and mistakes at the back cost us.

They are not doing too bad with what they have Norder, Bardsley a fighter but the PL is a step too far nowadays, Mrs Hendrick is just that, a big girls blouse with no bite, Lennon doing well in defence but he's supposed to be an attacker, Wood giving a few silly balls away without thinking, and Pieters, he's not good enough for Stoke City yet Dyche thinks he's good enough for the PL, the mind boggles it really does :(
-
Same old same old from Dyche, he waits till we are 2 down and then waits about 10 before putting Barnes and JayRod on for Drinklager and Wood :(

looking like a rejuvenated City.....unfortunate they chose us to showcase their return - though not helping ourselves - little to offer, with McNeils freekick being our only shot on target.
