Is there any news on the club buying the shares of Hassell, this appears to have been ongoing for ages and also very quietQuote:

The Club cannot buy NH`s shares. Only another director or another person can purchase them. Do not know if there is a clause saying that the shares can only be sold to an existing director. Or whether an other person purchasing them has to have the approval of the other directors. Would be surprised if there was any activity or current interest in purchasing said shares. In our current precarious position there would be no surpise if the share value dropped considerably.
