You can tell a great deal about how a team's season is progressing by the players it puts out in the earlier (at least for the bigger clubs) rounds of the two cup competitions. Are they genuinely hoping for a decent run, or are they simply using their fixture to blood new players, rest some of the regulars or rehabilitate those returning from injury?

Orgoner (OEEx) scored fif**** points out of the twenty-four available but, like everyone else, assumed Liverpool would dispose of Shrewsbury without the need for a replay. They weren't. Suit you, Shrewsbury? B)

Alfinyalcabo (OOEx), Dalek_Sec (OEOx), Davee59 (OEOx) and UbiqueLUFC33 (OEOx) scored twelve points, each with three outcomes, one of which also happened to be an exact score. Blades stay Sharp? :D

Orgoner's lead at trhe top has bounced up to twenty-one points over Cherrypie7 & Silentman and Belper69Ram currently has the third highest score.

There was one (unexpected!) draw, so any Strike One, Strike Two or Strike Three posters scored three, two or one for their lack of effort and Johnny_Default has turned into an ice cream points for the season.
