You need to rephrase, there are no net assets but then there never were. There weren't when the Trust took over, or when Munto stepped in, there weren't when RT stepped in, there weren't when AH stepped in. No-one buys lower league clubs in particular for their asset (debt) value, they buy in because they want to run a football club.
You seem to have a fundamental ignorance of business regardless of whatever else you think you might or might not know.
Aside from the beans that can actually be counted, another factor that goes into valuing a business is 'goodwill'. How much of that do we think there may be at the moment?
