Hi Redhugh, good to see you are still around. If you are coming by train you will end up in London Bridge which has been recently modenised and the Millwall ground is one stop away at South Bermondsey. So if you have the time walk just down from the station to the riverside and take a short stroll heading towards Tower Bridge and you will come across the Horniman pub, decent boozer and right on the river, great views and if you take a few steps further along you come to Hays Galleria which has shops, more waterholes and restaurants to suit any taste.
If you are feeling flush next to the station is the Shard Europes tallest building , a bit pricy but with amazing views.
Hope this helps and you have a good experience in London except for game result.
hello bill, hope you are well. As our friend said London bridge seems to be the drinking place for away fans and then escoted to the den.
the problem lots of pubs have cloed down by the ground but a couple in new x gate. rose inn, five bells and white hart and good cafes where you get reasonable food at a reasonable price.
