Too injury prone, so not surprising he has moved to a part time club.
Strange that he thought he could still do a job at a high level and there was even talk of him going to America. its quite a drop down to the Lowland League with East Stirling.
I well remember watching Queens at Firs Park back in the day before East Stirling decamped to Ochilview. Enjoyed visiting there.
Low won’t be a huge miss at Palmerston but best wishes to him.
Low is undoubtedly a talented player as he clearly showed in those couple of early games for Queens but was unable to have a real impact as he was injury prone. Part time football may help him have a run of games and I wish him all the best.
Injury prone unfortunately but no loss regardless.
This area in the centre of the park is a real problem. Harkins ( for me) did little and the man brought in to replace him (Low) was injury prone but a bit powder puff anyway. Obviously , Wilson will go back to Killie. Maybe one of our young lads on loan will get bloodied in the engine room.
Nicky Low heading back to Dumfries next season with his new club East Stirlingshire >>>
The first cup draw for next season has been made for the SFA South Region Challange Cup.
1st Round - bye
2nd round - we have a visit to Dumfries where we visit Lochar Thistle from the South of Scotland League
Very experienced lower league professional Bobby Barr at Sons of the Rock last season has also dropped down to the Lowland League to join East Stirling.
