Queens were by far the better side when they played them at Palmerston a few weeks ago, - and with the same work ethic and a wee bit more luck in front of goal, - we should come away with 3 points.
Time to put the bogey notion to bed then.
What an absolute collapse just after 60 mins played. Lost 3 goals in the next 10 mins, then a 5th goal and a sending off for Hendrie...
We seemed to be more than comfortable for the first half although it was just 1-1 but I would love someone to tell me just what happened to caused that capitulation in the 2nd. Always give it overnight to allow the dust to settle before fully analysing the reasons behind this awful looking result. rather than knee jerk reactions.
I was not at the game, so I can hardly comment on the proceedings. Suffice to say I am utterly horrified.
I'm not one for calling for the manager's head, but enough is enough Wullie, get a grip of the situation PDQ and put Fox in goal for starters
Assessing the statistics, it is completely unacceptable for any team to score 5 goals from 5 shots on target.
Rest assured, once you start to piss off your biggest fan you're in serious trouble.
If we'd lost 2-1 today, I'd probably grudgingly accept it, but 5-1 is just appalling.
Sorry Wullie, but time is running out.
I notice that the 5th goal has now been accredited to King and not Offord.
