This brilliant start to the season just carries on and gets even better at the Valley as Charlton beat Stoke City 3 - 1 after a week of juggling or wheeler dealing as Lee Bowyer would have it in the transfer market with loans.

The really good news is that Lyle Taylor is staying put after several bids from Brentford were all rejected. Talisman Taylor, Aneke who joined from MK Dons in the summer, and Chelsea loanee Gallagher were all on the score sheet.
