Sadly for us Dave, it looks like you are right. Whatever money the good Dr has is apparently frozen for use in China only. New financial regulation in China now dictates cash leaving the country, to protect the Chinese economy. I’ve seen the figure of only 5% of turnover/wealth being allowed to leave China, hence no Xia cash since last summer. Peter now seems to be borrowing off Banks in OZ, with player sales as collateral, to supplement Paul.
