Legend gets bandied about too much these days but this man truly was.

I hadn't seen that news. A real shock. As Champs said, a legend.
I witnessed this with my mum, and it's horrible. She once phoned me 13 times in an evening with the same question, and asked after my kids every time.
The next stage was that she didn't recognise or remember us at all.
My Gran, one of lifes beautiful, loving caring people was struck down with this horrid illness.
A lifetime spent making others happy, and caring for everyone, and didn't know who any of her family was as she passed away.
Seeing Tony with that vacant look is not how I want to remember the man.
A true football person, not in it for the money, but for the love of the game.
Oh how we miss these characters in this modern era.
And a man who did his best whenever asked for Blackburn Rovers FC. :heart: :blue:
