We could offer him a contract and assuming he signs we could sell him for a profit but that's a risk and kilmarnock could or probably would walk away if say we slapped a million pound price tag on him, best to just part ways now as you say, 350k well spent but we need better now and he ain't getting any younger
Agree Stenson...great Clough signing for a while but it’s virtually five years since he did anything except cost us a lot of money and he’s become a real ‘sick note’. Grateful for the first season and those goals in ‘13/‘14 but better for all if he toddles off back to Scotland now.Quote:
