If this signing eventually comes off it is destined to go one of two ways
1) He'll be crap, struggle to adapt to the incredible difference of living in the North a full 200 miles away
Or
2) He'll be fantastic but then after about six games get his standard career threatening injury that most good Sheffield United players get
Whether he signs or not, he's been around the Blades boards for so long now, lets get a song going for him
Just for clarity can I just ask if anyone knows how much of the demanded 'backing' this signing constitutes? 25%, 50% or some other figure..?

All we know is that the messiah has a budget and he’ll probably have to do the five loaves and two fish with it.
If he gets a midfielder, a striker and a centre half that are all better than the current squad it will have been a fantastic window. Obviously without losing any key players as well.
