If your coming by train,the turn up on the day fare is £64:30p

Split tickets(two day return tickets) are

Birmingham area to Cheltenham £29:40p

Cheltenham to Parson street £11:00p

please use the train and use the split ticket option to save you money

AND

use the direct trains at 09:12am 10:12am 10:42am 11:12am 12:12pm

why not try driving to Salisbury and then catch the train to Bristol(and Parson Street) day return approx 22 pounds.
I think there is all day free parking as you go...
