Apart from a dead cert penalty for gnonto there didn’t seem to be much in it, both as poor as each other.
I read the Paul Mullen autobiography and he had nothing but praise for the owners and regards them as very down to earth and humble, the fans love them, as well they should.
Just changing the thread slightly, I find it strange that certain teams have such a loyal following, teams like the above mentioned Wrexham and Ipswich, that whatever happens, whoever is in charge...
I may be bitter and it may be sour grapes but having said that the top 2 deserve to go up as they have been more consistent than us, I have seen footage of Ipswich players on sky tv shouting “Leeds...
I believe that Ipswich spent hardly any thing and that 8 of their main starting eleven were all playing in league one together, shows what good coaching can do.
I see he’s bought a stake in Leeds, he’ll fit in well with the 11 other comedians they have on the pitch, pity they didn’t play like our other investor Russell Crowe, gladiator.
I read that to, feels like one big joke now, unfortunately the fans aren’t laughing anymore.
That picture shows completely the utter utter woeful defending that Leeds have produced in the last 2 months, it is shameful, a Sunday pub side defends better, farke should print that up in full and...
That was utter garbage, Norwich will beat us home and away, and even if we do shock everyone we haven’t got a hope at Wembley, they’ll buckle under the pressure, the defending is utter garbage and...
My worst nightmare come true, could see it unfolding before my eyes, we’ve lost the art of defending, the two goals given away today was absolutely shocking defending, first goal 4 Southampton...
Well, that’s over and done with, Norwich now in the play offs, good luck with that, don’t know what’s happened to the Leeds side from 2 months back who swept all before them.
Some say we have the best squad, personally I would say Leicester have by far the better and stronger squad, Ipswich have a smaller squad and have been fortunate with injuries, but I would say man...
I certainly won’t hijack this thread as you’re all talking way above my brain cells, just to say that if the top 6 did leave, (the original thread) they would only be replaced by the next greedy 6...
Look at Ipswich’s attempts and how many on target, compare it to our pathetic efforts recently (boro apart) and it’s obvious why they’ll go up and we won’t.
Unfortunately you’re all still hoping for some kind of miracle that’s just not going to happen, firstly Ipswich aren’t slipping up tonight and definitely not Saturday.
Seems it might be a meaningless game
Put the reserves out against Southampton, save ourselves for the play offs.
Give it up boys, the depression of the play offs looms.
Was top of his game when he left, but has obviously struggled since, not sure if he’d be a fit in farkes plans, however I certainly don’t hold him in the same regard as Alan smith or the reprobates...
If we go back over the points lost in dreadful results it would depress us even more, basically we should have had promotion wrapped up weeks ago, but in true Leeds fashion we haven’t, we are where...
Please all stop with the hope, we aren’t good enough to beat Southampton to start with, and no way will Ipswich not gain at least a point from Coventry but they will hammer Huddersfield who are...
New keeper required then, alongside left back, midfielder and striker.
Why is it this club always, and has always, fallen at the last hurdle? Even going back to the Don Revie era where we should have won endless more trophies than we did…..1970 Chelsea where we battered...
Embarrassing, Ipswich are laughing, as the two ronnies said, it’s goodnight from me, and it’s goodnight from him….goodnight all.
Corners, free kicks, all possibilities to score, but only for other teams, not us, the midfield provides no goals, left back and right backs are poor, the list is endless.
