Is this the same Colin Murphy who in is first season led us to our highest placed finish in the last 28 years… I would take him in a heartbeat over some of the dross we’ve had during that time....
24/25 Bristol Rovers
1st post for ages but I’m so glad that so many of my fellow supporters have expressed their disgust at the shameful running of our once proud city.
Just to finance the existing debt is crippling...
Don’t mess about throwing beach balls on the pitch as the ref may add time where we could easily concede a very late goal.
I still hate Bristol Rovers more…..
Good call there not that sure why the attendance was that low day but your right not sure about double but definitely 5 figures.
The later was horrible, probably my worst day ever after 40 odd years following Notts.
Unfortunately the NL would spend more time having meetings about a possible meeting to discuss a meeting on this before coming to the conclusion that everything is ok as it stands.
Love this kind of stuff, Cal’s mam discussing her lads future on FB…. Proper non-league.
Bet whatever you like but and the end of the day not losing at Chesterfield is pretty key….
TBF we have come through this relatively tough period of games unscathed, the true test will be when we have that run against the bottom feeders of this league teams coming up, we need to improve our...
I remember that day well, cracking game only spoilt a few hours later by Stevenage getting a point at Shef Utd.
Shrek & the banana being tackled by the coppers in our goal mouth when the 4th went...
Well it’s my first post for a long time but those years will always remain with me, it hurts me every weekend to look at who we are playing compared who we were back then.
I struggle with the whole...
What I can’t believe on this years ‘worst Notts XI thread’ is where’s Paul Bolland, for some reason and I don’t know why his name always appears on this list.
The mister angry of rivals ‘SUPERNOTTS’ always made me smile...
With the city in the state it currently is we’ll be lucky to get Goose Fair back never mind the World Cup.....
Whilst Mansfield is only 14 miles further north it does seem far more than that and to be fair to Tisdale who would want to go there...
Was a great day although would def had been a foul on the keeper these days.
Bristol Rovers can do what they want for some reason I don’t particularly like that club, Keith Curle I have a lot of time for and in my opinion was disposed of far too early, but unfortunately for...
A bit like Nottingham City Council?
The day he saved us from another possible relegation.
10 years ago today I think, so tragic at his age did his best for our club.
Totally agree if this council was in the private sector it would have been put into liquidation years ago and yes it’s a travesty what they have done to this once great city.
The commentary guy stated Keith Curle’s comment ‘we may not be pretty to watch but we are not here to out pass the opponent but to to out score them’.
