notts u18 have some talent in there ranks and have for some years now , the problem is when the talented ones get there 1st year pro deals within a few months notts do not give them time to develop...

totally agree smiffypie it's a shame if it's all true, why offer a contract then dump them after just 3 weeks, it must of been demoralising for the 5 lads and you can see why so many young talented...
