Asks for "first and middle initial" then puts them both as middle initials and you can't edit it.

    Just been down to NYS.
    Sorted mine, 2 x sons and 2 x grandsons.

Lady behind counter could not have been more helpful.

Just wasted an hour trying to get through on phone and given up. If we don't need to confirm renewals til late June supposed it's a bit daft trying to do it now.

Season ticket sorted online no problem. Took less than 5 minutes. Paid £ 5 D/D fee and £1 admin fee extra. 👍

    Serious questions,

Do you pay the £5 every year?

What happens to floating fans who might just fancy watching us after a couple of pints?

How about millers fans buying away tickets, and some clubs "pay on the day" policy?

How about away fans coming to NYS?

Saw a note on social media from the ticket office saying that the £5 charge would be levied each year. Don't understand why a DD would need to be renewed each year so think this advice is questionable?

It’s says a non refundable one off payment of £5 when setting your DD up . You can buy tickets from club shop before games at no extra charge. Only charged £1 fee when booking tickets over the phone or online like seasons before. Should imagine away tickets are exactly the same situation like the home games . Hope that helps .
