    Good Day Out!

Good day out today starting at the watering hole Dr Brown’s. What a s hit hole the town centre is though as full of crack heads!

Bruce should have played Grady and Dike from the off. Grant, Phillips and especially Furlong were poor! Livermore a waste of space and angers so many when selected!

Good second half and could have won it but Bruce too slow with subs. Happy with the point though!

A complete moron threw a blue smoke bomb on the pitch when we scored stopping the match and it caused a blue patch on the grass where it burnt!

Okay will be brilliant when he slots in. Swift especially was superb and a nice touch from Wallace at the end giving his shirt to a kid!

Always a great atmosphere at away matches, I’m pleased you had a good time. It’s a while since I’ve travelled away though. Memories of getting a coach with Ardbaggie (QPR or Palace ?) and meeting, coincidentally, another few posters at another game.
Watched on TV and agree with your assessment. Their lad Jones was class and gave Townsend the run around and indeed Giles (?) similarly with Furlong.
Do I sense some positive vibes ?

Very positive on the second half Prando and in addition Okay will be back! Loved Swift, Wallace and Dike looked promising! Desperately need back up for Furlong.

The attacking and intensity in the second half was a joy to watch. Boro are a good team too.

Surely TGH would be a far better option than Furlong? Criminal to leave a lad of his talent on the bench.

Many at the match were saying the same thing! Many were also chanting for Grady and Dike to come on which Bruce would have heard loud and clear!

It looked a good atmosphere on the telly. Sunderland had 41k supporters today and should be a great away game. Derby had 31k yesterday in division 1, which is also very good support.

Atmosphere was excellent. We took around 1500 and made a lot of noise and decent considering no trains - late kick off - sky and costs!

Our supporters got booed though when a blue flare was thrown on the pitch when we scored - took ages for it to go out and burnt a blue hole in the turf!

Rightly so. Extremely dangerous and letting the side down.
