    .

    "Out-paced, out-manoeuvred, out-thought and out-classed".
"Europa League commitments and an indifferent transfer window can be offered up in mitigation, all that is in the past and both manager and players need to take a hard look at themselves......"I have defended the players and management from criticism; mainly out of gratitude for all that those players and their manager have done for the club and its supporters, but performances like yesterday’s cannot be tolerated"

Brilliant summation of Sundays match or rather mismatch.

I would replace the litotes "indifferent transfer window" with something more suitable.

But the sentiments expressed show the frustration and despair we all feel.

The real problem is that kicking an old car for not doing 100 MPH in 6 seconds is a bit Basil Fawlty.

You can try new tactics like polishing the car and putting new tyres on but it still won't do 100 MPH in 6 seconds.

And that it the real problem

The article summed up my thoughts entirely. I fear SD might be on his way out and it will soon be time for "Fat Sam!"

The only thing I would take issue with is saying it could have been 3,4 or 5-0. That's being too kind, it could easily have been 6-0 or 7-0 and that wouldn't have flattered Wolves.

It was a horrible experience. Cringeworthy just does not cover it, I'm delighted about the Co-codamol and Glenmorangie cocktail idea though.

The head hurt something awful on Monday!

Was that due to the cocktail, the mauling, or both ?

You don't listen to me BT, I told you you'd need some 'assistance' to cope with that game.
