    and well below Leicester would you believe.

    So where do you get your £400 million from.

    havent they costed in the value for the grounds
    we dont own ours do we

    i would also say our overheads were a lot when we were in the fizzy wages etc

    stavely valued it at nearly twice what these do

    Very few of the 32 clubs listed actually own their grounds.

    Of course we own "our" ground,where do you think the debt owed to FCB comes from?
    He had to pay off the mortage wi Barclays (£135m)
    The cooncil own the land like..
    Do yous lot own your ground?

    I never quite get this don't own our ground thing!

    the club owns the stadium, but not the land it stands on. but the lease on the land is something stupid like 99 yrs on a rolling deal until said otherwise. I'm not sure the Freemen of the city are gonna claim their land back anytime before a complete rebuild of the stadium!

    No one can do anything while the lease is running as long as the ground rent isn't in arrears.

    As an aside this was discussed quite a long time ago and at that time it was more than apparent that Pboro didn't know the difference between leasehold and freehold. That tells a tale doesn't it.
