    New Signing!

It's the type of player everyone has been crying out for!! L2 experience, tall, big, good age.

    Good luck Matty!

Highlighted the fact he played in the middle at Barrow and he was one of our top targets so you'd imagine he's Baldwin's replacement.

Poor on the ball but a proper defender apparently. Hopefully he's just the start of our defensive rebuild, we've got a lot more work to do if we're continuing with the back 3, as the signing article implies.

Yeah, I was hoping we'd move to a back 4 but it doesn't seem to be the case

Was offered a new contract at Bradford so that sounds promising. Good age yes, not that tall for a central defender but from the description it sounds like he can actually defend first and foremost, so hopefully what we were crying out for, yes.

Sounds like a very good signing on paper. Experienced, yet good legs at 26. Good in the air, no nonsense centre half who other clubs were after. Well done Notts. A good start.

Looks like a very good acquisition, young strong and injury free, first of many I think as we push for promotion next campaign.

General disappointment on the Bradford forum he's left. One comment on their forum was that he was "steady, but not outstanding" was countered with "he was consistently a 7, which is better than an odd 8 or 9 and a lot of 5 and 6's", which certainly sounds like what we need. Here's hoping.......
