Are we stronger than last season?

With the squad as it stands today are we stronger than at the start of last season?
My concerns are: Buxton not ready, Questionable fitness of Martin & will Thorne bounce back to his former form?

I'd say yes at the moment.

Pearce replaces Buxton, and I think he'll be a stand out player next year. Weimann fills in the left wing which has been a problem for us. But I agree that a lot depends on Thorne finding his form. Carson coming in instead of Grant as well helps.

Definitely stronger than on first day of season last year as a squad

5 good additions and no real hurtful losses

Few weeks to go yet though!

The $64,000 question!! The answer is we should be but i guess we will find out when the season starts whether Mel's gamble has paid off.

Of course other teams have strengthened as well so to expect us to be walking away with the league is over expectation!
