    Ostersund Sweden’s Burnley

Amazing story of a club relegated to the 4th division from a small town in the north of Sweden getting crowds of 500 appointed a manager who has led them back to fifth in the Allsvenskan League and into Europa Cup where they top their table.
Graham Potter the manager had to find players as no one wanted to come. They beat Galatasary away and now get 6000 at matches.

    .

they've done good....from what I read - they saw potential in players that'd dropped off the radar....gave them a chance, built them up - that mixed with a big dose of camaraderie can go a long way....playing teams like a leaden looking Galatasary would also help.

there's a lot of uncentered clashing ego's in the bigger teams these days - and if they can't be brought into line and focussed, then there's probably no better time for the lesser/little teams to make it big.
