    Beam Back

Barnsley Football Club plan on bringing the big screens back to Oakwell this weekend.

We are delighted to confirm that a plan has been put in place for a beam back to be available for Barnsley fans wishing to view the all-important final day clash against Bristol Rovers.

We fully understand that the demand has been there from the fans and the club has been working on the planning of the event for a number of weeks, with Bristol Rovers kindly agreeing to allow us to do this.

Please be aware that this event COULD be cancelled, due to Sky Sports being undecided on their TV picks for the day. Should the match be chosen for live television coverage, which we expect to learn on Wednesday morning, the beam back would not be possible. We can only apologise if this is the case.

However, the Club has now committed to hosting the event. We will be in a position to confirm further details and ticketing announcements on Wednesday, once the TV picks have been finalised.

Thank you for your fantastic support and we hope you can join us on the final day.

It was fab against Walsall in the playoffs last time. I think there were two big screens in front of the Pontyend. I had to sit with the Ponty riffraff but that was OK for a one off. Even if I had Sky and the match was on I'd rather be in a crowd experiencing the action.
