Interesting reading. If you were an owner looking at this wage bill the expectation would be play offs as a minimum. You would also be asking why Sunderland, Coventry and Hull on a whopping 50% less are doing so well!
In reality the running of the club has been shocking with 30 million spent on Grady and Grant ( probably worth 10m between them ) and expensive contracts on the likes of Reach and players who are consistently injured who play half a season.
That’s why I don’t get Man U fans or their manager blaming the owners when players like Antony, their new keeper and Mason Mount are average and they cost many many millions.
We need to be more like Sunderland and invest in young hungry players. Knowing us we will lose Fellows and Mowatt which would be shocking if this happened’
