Euro game today - Hungary v Switzerland..... KO 14.00

Dominik Szoboszlai will become the youngest captain in European Championship history if he leads Hungary out for their opening Group A match against Switzerland on Saturday.

The Liverpool midfielder, 23, helped Hungary qualify for Euro 2020 but missed the tournament, which was postponed until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, because of injury.

The bookies marginally have have the Swiss to win this one. Let's not forget they made the semi's in the last competition but teams/players have changed since then so hard to choose from.

Anyone looking to watch this? I'll have a neb now and then, keeping it on a low volume while I finish some decorating.

I had hoped to watch it but unfortunately, I'm at work and my break hasn't quite aligned.
Great memories of the place, so come on Hungary.

Got to say it, can't avoid it, Hungary look hungry for this. Higher tempo once they have the ball. I feel the Swiss look be looking to hit them on the break.

Oh dear, almost 1-0 to Switzerland.....VAR checking though.

Lift off, Swiss lead 1-0. Not bad from a player having only played 45 minutes International football before, born in England but brought up in Switzerland so he chose to play for them.

What a waste, should have been 2-0.

Swiss playing some nice one touch fluid football. Look very well composed on the ball.
