Premier League clubs have voted to have the transfer window close before the season starts due to complaints of having their preparations disrupted by clubs who want to prise away their key assets and clubs will have to turn their preparations from working with the squad they have got to find a new player to bring to the squad as one player walks out.

The problem with this is that other leagues will be open and can still prize away their key assists which means the only option to look for a replacement due to the window being closed will be a free agent.

This is more like a trial run more then anything and how long it will last remains the key question.
