    Is that allowed.

    Nicky Butt part owner of Salford City on Man Utd’s bench today as a coach.I didn’t think you could be involved with two clubs.

    I think it's because they are in different leagues and as both teams are unlikely to meet, I can't see it being a problem.

    It is allowed because the regulation states that anyone owning or co-owning a football club cannot hold a position with another football club where he has the power to influence the business management of that club. As the head of first team development at Man United, Butt does not own any part of the club or hold a position on the Board and therefore presumably cannot affect it's running.
