Slow squad rebuilding - targets in mind

"The squad is taking shape ...slowly. We have to be patient at this time of year.. We have a list of targets and have spoken to people already.

"We are looking to build slowly but surely. There are several areas we have to strengthen and I am looking for a goalkeeper, two centre-halves, a central midfielder and a striker. - view external link

Would;nt have minded getting The Moff from Ayr must have been outbid by Dunfermline though. Will make do with McManus and Deuchsr along with Linn not a bad strikeforce along with pacy simon murray might be ok with that.Still need goalie, centre half, another defender and One other at least we are seeing movement in the transfer market. Where has Calum ANTELL gone wouldn;t mind him in our goals...

Have you been on the piss? No way Moffat would even think of joining us and drop a division. And antell is rank rotten.

I'm not surprised that Ayr are very unhappy that the Pars have poached Moff from them. Coming out of admin and then overspending your competitors is hardly financial fair play.

Our squad is shaping up pretty well. It will be interesting to see how so many forceful players like Johnstone, Nicol and PS will get on. Lots of chiefs, not enough Indians. Plenty of midfield grit, though!

Signing Lindsay again after freeing him seems a bizarre decision especially as he rarely got any game time. Hopefully he gets a chance this time round.

Probably thought Hamilton was going to stay , anyhoo what little we say of Lindsay he was ok and hammy the mercenary wasnt that good last season , so if the hedge is his preference , good riddance and welcome back Johnny , may your season be fruitful

I have to agree. Thought Lindsay was improving and Hammy was not. A sensible signing.

We're still looking for a central defender to marshal the troops. Bishop maybe?
