...or does the fact that the 12 teams from the top league and the top 2 in the Championship being drawn against each other smacks of a fixed draw. If not, I'd love to know what the odds on that happening were.

Clearly a long shot on any one occasion but if you make a Scottish Cup draw every year from the late 1800s, the odds on anomalies like this coming up are pretty low I believe.

Think he would need 30 yrs to work that one out odds must be millions to one on the top 14 clubs in a 32 club draw meeting each other i watched draw on sky and dont for a minute think it was fixed but at no stage did either of the 2 picking the balls give them a rummel kept thinking at beg and end its all spfl clubs either out early or left at end

It would be a very strange fixed draw. Why would anyone sponsor or SFA want half their biggest teams put out at first time of asking. If anything if you are a top flight club and you get through this round the draw opens up so much there could be a reasonable stress free run to the final. You can bet your mortgage that benign scenario won't shine on us though.
