    Change

President Rush our chief executive has overseen 3 years of underperformance, 4 managers and some very expensive questionable transfers.
When a company under performs 3 years in a row then it is time to look for a new Chief Executive, why should DCFC be different?
I fully expect to be pilloried for this post but If anyone can put up a counter argument I would be very interested in their logic.

I can see where your coming from, but a football club is not like a normal business where one ca measure performance, isn't finishing in the top 10 for the past 3 years a reasonable out come? Its only this last season which has seen significantly higher expenditure and if Mel's forced Rush to sack McClaren and then Clement, he can hardly be held responsible can he?

Depends on how you define under performing. Whilst we'd all like promotion it's pretty arrogant to assume we have a right to expect it. Play-offs in 2 out of 3 seasons isn't too shabby. Most companies don't play in leagues but, if they did I don't think they'd be sacking their CEO for finishing 3rd, 8th and 5th out of 24.

With regard to expensive and questionable transfers, again this is subjective and I wasn't aware Rush finds the transfer targets or signs the cheques.

In short, a pretty daft idea. Getting rid of Rush now (or even le

Calm down Misteram. I live on planet earth and if you read my post properly you'll see I'm not suggesting we've under-performed and said anyone who thinks we have is a little arrogant. I also doubted Rush is responsible for the transfers. Per
