This thing about losing momentum before a two-week break is a myth. What counts as momentum? One win in two, two wins in three, three wins in four or a win just before a two-week break? If the two-week break was down to a waterlogged pitch the previous Saturday people wouldn't mention it. It's the same for both sides. They believe this nonsense simply because they'd rather watch a league match than an international. Mind you, that's understandable.

Might work to our advantage if it gives Isgrove, etc. a chance to get fit.

It is what it is Animal, we've got to get used to this sort of thing if we want to stay around in the Champship.
As for next year, dont worry as it wont be Iceland putting us out this time. It will probably be an even worse unknown team, like Walesland.

I think the international break has come at a good time. Just after a win. It also gives players chance to get up to fitness that were lagging behind the rest of the group.
