Management/players need to keep feet firmly on the ground and not get carried away, leave it to the fans.

Are the club ready/want to go in championship ?

The elephant is still sat firmly in the room.

We will continue to give away daft goals and that will blunt our progress

We need to find a defensive coach, do that and we have a realistic chance of the playoffs

That certainly is still our weak spot. This formation will score goals because we have a good strong attack minded midfield but the full back positions worry me.I'm not sure that Richard Wood can do a full season .I hope our scouts are taking a good look at defenders to bring in when the window opens.
