ot - Crikkit, Yorkie beat Lancie again!

Hey lads, this has been a mixed week for our counties in the Cricket hasn't it.
For a start, your lot beat us in a tense and entertaining T20 match by 1 single run (thats the same as a lucky penalty shoot out win, isn't it lol).
And then during the week my glorious Y county won the Lg match after a few iffs and butts here and there.

But heres another question eh... do we as cricket fans like the T20 thing ?.
Why don't we merge the one day competitions into one eh, and make it a T30 for example ?.

The County Championship is becoming a non-event Acido and like everything else in this quick fix society in which we live, we want results - NOW!

I was hoping nobody (especially you Acido) would mention the Cricket

A Brilliant T20 game between the both of us and then you spank our arse.

My Mrs does not like Cricket she says its boring, a few years ago when we went to South Africa with friends we was going to book a day at Newlands Park to see England in a test when we decided against it as 2 of us decided it sometimes can be too slow.

I made the Mrs watch the T20 on Friday evening and she was enthralled with it.

The T20's are exiting, The Test Matches are long but as well as that it is a Test of everyone's abilities even if it can get bogged down.

I like the entertaining side of it Alto, but its all about batting rather than bowling and thats not proper cricket is it. And speaking of bowling, what about our captain Joe Root taking 4 of your teams wickets for just 5 runs, hes the new Ian Botham is that lad.

Both of our teams are in danger of relegation from the County champship this season, and to be honest Id rather see somebody like Hampshire go down to Div Two instead.
