    Some Idiots Abroad

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48538731

Here we go again. I was going to say bars should serve drinks in plastic glasses but these numpties would probably start throwing tables and chairs instead. Deport all those involved in the violence and then welcome them back to the UK with football banning orders, court appearances awarding damages against them and jail sentences where appropriate.

We do seem unable to sort out the numpty element of our football fans, you rarely hear of these problems when the sport is rugby or cricket it is certainly a football problem. you will probably find its the same element that chant racist slurs at games so we could probably kill 2 birds with one stone if we can find a solution.

I remember travelling down to Portsmouth to watch Burnley play. The police were trawling through the away end with their laptops looking for troublemakers in the crowd. I suspect that real hooligans don’t actually go to the matches only to the areas near the stadia where they think they can create mayhem.
