How anyone can give Ashley money for merchandise,tickets etc when this is how he treats everyone is beyond me.He hasnt even changed his way of taking the piss.

I believe the story to be true, I don’t believe Ashley is behind it to boost ticket sales or lock people into their season tickets. However I don’t think it will happen or expect anything to come of it, it’s 50m short for a start, paid in instalments, not happening.
It’s not a good deal anyway, investors will take dividends annually, a recruitment team to find talent abroad to sell on, sure that’s Ashley’s model anyway.
Ashley said it himself all these take overs are *******s (paraphrasing), if someone wants to buy they will come in and buy it and it will be done quickly, we will wake up some morning and it will be sold.
I can’t see us being sold until we are in league one with the arse hanging out of us, and can be bought for a few million.

A deal with peter Kenyon is what ashley wants as kenyon is prepared to allow him advertising and merchandise rights for a few years as part of paying in installments.
