A noticed that Betty was travelling darn the Mall this morning in a car with no licence plates displayed, contrary to the Road Traffic Act.
If adda been a Traffic Cop in the area adda put mi blue leets on and pulled in front of her car to give her a ticket.
Still it ez been caught on camera so a notice of intended prosecution will be sent in the post.
