Happy new year everyone.I think its a disgrace that on this traditional Scottish holiday there is no football being played in this country. There is virtually a full card in England. To make matters worse the next Premiership fixtures are due 3 weeks today during a normal working week.
If they insist on a winter break fine but surely the midweek card should have been today and they then return with weekend fixtures rather than on Wednesday the 22nd of January. Our league should be playing today as well and this would allow our teams more time to fit in the play offs rather than cramming them in which suits the Premiership team who one of us will eventually play in the final.

Someones no got the business model right if they are shutting down New Year games. Cant believe the clubs have voted for this as its always the game i look forward to, as im sure many other supporters do.
