On 26th May the resignations of nine directors, including Andrew Lapping, and the appointments of three new directors were reported to have occurred. Although such resignations and appointments appeared on the Companies House web site on 26th May they all occurred on 18th May.
There can be little doubt about what has occurred.

In the last financial year it doubled its profit and is forecasted to double again in this financial year, which is not all that bad, given the financial effects of covid everywhere. When Andrew Lapping arrived it had 4 employees, now it has 85.
It is a monumental struggle to find anything negative about the company, with of course the exception of the positive and negative terminals on its batteries.
I am guessing that a very serious worldwide player has paid full price for the company, probably in a bidding war. We shall see.
The employees will benefit considerably from the employee share scheme. What employee would not wish to take part in that, given the Andrew Lapping record over the very long term?
